How long will it take to receive my T-Shirts and Mugs in Australia and New Zealand?
Depending on your address it can take 7-14 says to ship to your location from the time of order completion. You will be provided with a tracking number to view the shipping progress. Contact shop@zigolotti.com if your order has not arrived after this period.

How long will it take to receive other products?
Depending on the manufacturing supplier and your address it can take 3-6 weeks to ship to your location from the time of order completion. You will be provided with a tracking number to view the shipping progress. Contact shop@zigolotti.com if your order has not arrived after this period.

Why are my shipping costs high?
We are using drop shipping which means the product manufacturer sends directly to the customer and we have no inventory. The suppliers are sourced from around the world depending on the product so if you have a variety of products in the order they will be sent separately from each factory. Tracking info will be sent for each item.

Our mugs and T shirts are made in Australia but everything else is from different locations such as the USA, China, India and the UK. Due to the pandemic International shipping is not as cheap as it use to be!
